You’ve done a lot to move your recovery forward.
Maybe you’ve read books, attended workshops, practiced graduated exposure, worked with a coach, or simply done the best you could on your own.
But if you’ve ever found yourself wondering…
“Why do I still feel stuck sometimes?”
…you’re not alone.
The Feeling the Flow Circle is a six-month coaching community designed to help you continue building a life with greater freedom, confidence, and ease.
Enrollment is open for the Founding Circle.
We’ll begin our six-month journey together on Friday, August 7, 2026.
If you watch the video above, you’ll get a good sense of who I am.
The short version?
I’ve lived this.
I know what it’s like to quietly plan around it, work around it, and wonder if life will always feel this way.
Today, I have the privilege of coaching others through their own recovery journeys.
The Feeling the Flow Circle was created because recovery is rarely a straight line.
Sometimes we move forward. Sometimes we experience setbacks. Sometimes we simply need a new beginning.
Not because we’ve failed, but because growth often comes from seeing something familiar in a new way.
The Circle is a place to continue the journey alongside people who truly understand.
Recovery rarely happens in a straight line.
You have weeks where things feel easier.
Then life gets busy.
A stressful situation catches you off guard.
Old habits quietly return.
And before you know it, you’re wondering…
“I thought I was doing better.”
If you’ve ever experienced that…
you’re not alone.
One of the hardest parts of paruresis isn’t simply learning new tools.
It’s continuing to move forward over time.
The Feeling the Flow Circle isn’t about learning another technique.
It’s about having a place where you can keep moving forward alongside people who truly understand.
Some conversations will naturally be about paruresis.
Others may be about work…
Relationships…
Travel…
Confidence…
Or simply navigating life.
Because recovery touches all of it.
My hope isn’t that you’ll become fearless. It’s that fear gradually takes up less space in your life.
Not because you’ve mastered every situation.
Not because you’ve become fearless.
But because you’re carrying less pressure.
More confidence.
More trust in yourself.
And perhaps most importantly…
A growing sense that your life is becoming bigger than your fear.
That’s what the Feeling the Flow Circle is really about.
The Circle is a six-month coaching community designed for people who want ongoing encouragement, conversation, and connection as they continue their recovery.
There isn’t a curriculum.
There isn’t homework.
There isn’t pressure to perform.
And there isn’t graduated exposure practice during our meetings.
Instead, each session is shaped by what members are experiencing in real life.
No two meetings are exactly alike, because no two recovery journeys are exactly alike.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Feeling the Flow Circle Participant Agreement and Privacy Policy.
What if I miss a meeting?
Life happens. While you’ll get the most value by attending consistently, there’s no expectation of perfect attendance. Because the Circle is built on trust and confidentiality, sessions are not recorded.
Is this therapy?
No. This is a coaching community focused on continued recovery, reflection, encouragement, and real-life conversation.
Will we practice graduated exposure?
No. Many members continue their own graduated exposure between meetings, but our time together is devoted to conversation, coaching, insight, and support.
Are meetings recorded?
Never. Creating a safe and confidential environment is one of the most important parts of the Circle.
Can I simply listen?
Absolutely. You’re never expected to share before you’re ready. Many members find value simply by listening, especially at first. We do ask that, whenever possible, you keep your camera on during our meetings. Seeing one another helps create the trust, connection, and sense of community that make the Circle so valuable.
Can I cancel my enrollment?
