Feeling the Flow Circle Participant Agreement

Welcome to the Feeling the Flow Circle.

This Participant Agreement governs your enrollment and participation in the Feeling the Flow Circle, a coaching program provided by Hurd Marketing, Inc. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms below.

About the Circle

The Feeling the Flow Circle is a six-month coaching community designed to support individuals living with paruresis (shy bladder).

The Circle is intended to complement the recovery work participants may already be doing through workshops, graduated exposure practice, coaching, therapy, support groups, or other resources.

The Circle is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional healthcare.

All coaching services are provided by Hurd Marketing, Inc.

What’s Included

Enrollment in the Feeling the Flow Circle currently includes:

Twelve live group coaching conversations conducted via Zoom
A private WhatsApp community for encouragement and connection between meetings
Ongoing coaching, reflection, discussion, and community support

Sessions are approximately 60 minutes in length and are generally held on the first and third Friday of each month from 1:00–2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Meeting dates, times, technology platforms, and program features may occasionally change. Hurd Marketing, Inc. reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to continue delivering the program.

Enrollment

Enrollment is for one six-month Circle.

Space is intentionally limited to help create meaningful conversation, connection, and community.

Your place in the Circle is reserved upon enrollment and successful payment.

Investment & Payment

Participants may choose one of the following payment options:

Option 1
Pay in Full: $950

Option 2
Six monthly payments of $175 ($1,050 total)

The monthly payment option is offered solely as a payment plan for the full six-month program. It is not a month-to-month membership.

By selecting the monthly payment option, you agree to complete all six scheduled payments.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Enrollment reserves a place in a limited-capacity coaching community.

Because of the limited enrollment and the nature of the program, all payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or otherwise agreed to in writing by Hurd Marketing, Inc.

If you have questions about whether the Feeling the Flow Circle is right for you, we encourage you to schedule a conversation before enrolling.

Attendance

The Circle is designed to be experienced through ongoing participation.

While we encourage participants to attend every meeting, we understand that life happens.

Because of the confidential nature of the Circle:

Meetings are not recorded.
Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or made up.

Participation

Participation is always voluntary.

You are never required to speak before you are ready.

Many participants find value simply by listening, especially during the early meetings.

Whenever reasonably possible, participants are encouraged to keep their cameras on to help foster trust, connection, and community.

Confidentiality

Creating a safe environment is one of the most important values of the Feeling the Flow Circle.

Participants agree to respect the privacy of fellow members and not share another participant’s personal stories or identifying information outside the Circle without that participant’s permission.

While every participant is expected to honor confidentiality, Hurd Marketing, Inc. cannot guarantee that all participants will do so.

Respectful Participation

The Feeling the Flow Circle is intended to be a welcoming, respectful, and supportive community.

Participants agree to contribute in a manner that supports the safety and well-being of the group.

Hurd Marketing, Inc. reserves the right to remove a participant whose behavior is abusive, threatening, repeatedly disruptive, or inconsistent with the purpose of the Circle.

Removal from the Circle does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund.

Coaching Disclaimer

The Feeling the Flow Circle is a coaching community designed to support personal growth, recovery, and well-being.

Michael Hurd is a professional coach and is not a licensed physician, psychologist, psychotherapist, counselor, or other licensed healthcare or mental health professional.

Participation in the Circle is not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment.

Nothing shared during the Circle should be considered medical, psychological, or legal advice, nor is it intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please seek appropriate care from a qualified healthcare professional or contact emergency services.

Personal Responsibility

Each participant remains responsible for their own decisions, actions, health, and well-being.

Participation in the Feeling the Flow Circle does not guarantee any particular outcome or result.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hurd Marketing, Inc., Michael Hurd, and its officers, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to participation in the Feeling the Flow Circle.

Any liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the participant for enrollment in the applicable six-month Circle.

Governing Law

This Participant Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes

Hurd Marketing, Inc. may update this Participant Agreement from time to time.

The version published on this website at the time of enrollment will govern participation in the applicable Feeling the Flow Circle.
