There are many roads to choose from
I came across this picture from our family trip to Shanghai, China a few years ago. One of the translations means “There are many roads to the top of the mountain”. I thought this was an appropriate message to share as we start a new decade.

Which road will you choose?
The last couple of years have been a challenge for me. I’ve overcome chronic Lyme disease, mostly through trial and error and the amazing support of my family, friends and my wellness team. I also left my job to start a new business.
We all have choices. Whether you take action or not, each decision or non decision is a choice.
In 2020 I chose to be present and create more space in my life. I choose to be more aware of the thoughts that I give energy to (which I know breathe life into those thoughts and creates my reality).
I also choose to take action NOW on things that will move me towards my goals.
